At Massage and Bodywork by Charis, your appointments are highly valued. We understand that schedule changes are sometimes unavoidable, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee. Our policies are in place to ensure the highest level of service and care for all our clients.
